Our shutters will be black, door: red, siding: shown above and gables will be the like small off-white color.
I did not select the optional window for the morning room so this is what it will look like
This is the color I have chosen for my cabinets and counter top but the layout is best reflected in the following 2 pictures --I 've chosen a double oven and gas cooktop with microwave :
I am not getting my refrigerator from Ryan (don't want the cost financed into the mortgage)

My Appliances:
We will buy our own refrigerator....Sears is cheaper than both Home Depot and Lowe's. We will get a GE Profile Counter Depth French Door. Model # PYE23PSDSS.

We've upgraded both the shower and fixtures, and I selected the oxidized cabinet handles so our bath will be similar to the one pictured below. ---Our tile selection is the same but our listello is different

Hello, I just found your blog. I really love the options you picked. If we build another home I definitely want to have the double wall mount ovens.

DeleteThis has been an awesome experience. I'm very glad that we opted for new construction. I tried to get all of my must haves without going overboard because I know that this is it. This is our first house but its also our last. We've traveled and moved so much---this is definitely not a starter home. This is the house we will grow old in :-)
